Meeting Michel Dion

I have had the wonderful experience of spending a weekend with this legend of hockey. Michel and his wife were kind enough to welcome me into their home and most of all into their hearts. I have never met two kinder people in my life, these two people are absolutely perfect human beings in every sense. During my warm stay with these wonderful people we toured the beautiful city and talked about personal values, mutual ambitions and of course...HOCKEY! Michel had some great stories about his days in the WHA and NHL and man! What stories!! Michel is now relaxing from hockey and makes a celebrity appearance now and then, he has worked as a goaltending coach and now enjoys the stock market. Aside from Michel's aggressive goaltending style, he is a genuinely kind person. I would like to thank the Dion's for letting me into their home and their lives. This truly was an experience I will never forget, and I wish nothing but the best for Michel and Kelsey.

Meeting Jerry Wright

Here I am (right) standing beside Jerry Wright, who is shown holding two very cool masks. Jerry has been making masks since 1978 and has been making masks for the top goalies in the NHL® under the company ITECH®. Jerry is an extremely skilled craftsman and a super guy. Jerry has done custom masks for Joseph, Hextall, Salo, Tugnutt, and DaFoe, just to name a few.
